This Rice Crispy Cake Recipe makes cakes that are slightly chewy and covered in chocolate - kids will love them! They also make great Easter nest cakes with a couple of chocolate mini eggs on top.

  • Add the chocolate and golden syrup to a glass bowl sitting on top of a sauce pan of simmering water.
  • Once the chocolate and golden syrup has melted, add the rice crispies and stir in.
  • Divide the mixture between bun cases and pop in the fridge for at least 1/2 an hour to set.
